Fall is the time to plant bulbs for a super show come spring and into summer.
Bulbs are one of the easiest types of plants to grow in our climate. Planted while the soil is still warm they send out roots before the ground freezes awaiting warmer days.
This talk will teach you what you need to be successful with planting bulbs. We will look at the different types of bulbs, how each differs from the others and how to properly meet their care needs.
While we will cover the more familiar types such as tulips and daffodils we will also delve into some of the more unusual ones that given the right conditions will thrive in our climate.
